This is where I’ll answer all of your questions about the offerings, packages, and the needs for your business.
Step 2. Let’s get to know your business.
If you decide to move forward, I will send you an in-depth questionnaire which is designed to help you DIG DEEP. And that way, when we have our call, instead of small talk about the weather, we can jump right in with both feet to making moves for your business.
Step 3. Strategy Development
This is where I get to the good stuff. Based on what we had previously discussed, I will create a strategy with tactics designed to help you reach your next step.
Step 4. Strategy Implementation
Consider this the handing over of the baton. This is where I review the strategy with you, walk you through the who/what/when/where/why and answer any outstanding questions you may have.

While other business coaching is good for generating accountability and focus, The Idea Lab is exclusively focused on short-term projects and execution.
Typical business coaching is done over a period of time. The programs I offer are a maximum of 6 months (the benefits and impact are long lasting, though)
The investment is in your business! I understand that cost matters, and I’m not one to burry the lead. The cost for the entry level into the program is $300 – $1200. See all packages { here }
